This policy describes how Raceforms LLC (Raceforms) handles personal information through its website, app, contact requests, and early-access signups. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@raceforms.us.

When you contact us by email or through a contact form, we receive your email address, any name or contact details you provide, and the contents of your request. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or information you do not want us to receive.

An early-access signup may also collect your first name, country, riding type, optional mobile number, preferred contact method, and separate email, SMS, or WhatsApp marketing choices. An account or design workflow may collect account credentials, contact and shipping details, measurements, motorcycle and helmet photos, design selections, and saved designs or order records.

We use contact information to respond to requests, provide support, thank you for an accepted order, and communicate manufacturing completion, shipment updates, and tracking numbers. These are service communications relating to your inquiry or order, not promotional subscriptions. We use account, measurement, and design information to provide and save your work, manage your account, and support order preparation. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

Sending a contact request does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Where marketing choices are offered, each channel is optional and separate. We use those choices to determine which promotional messages you have requested. Declining marketing does not prevent you from contacting us.

You can ask us to stop promotional messages or change your contact preferences at info@raceforms.us. Use an unsubscribe option in a promotional message when available. Withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent essential replies, account security messages, or communications about a service you requested.

Providers that operate hosting, authentication, database storage, and email services process information needed to deliver those services. The app uses Supabase for account and data services and Vercel for hosting. When you request an AI design, relevant images and design instructions are processed by the configured AI provider, including OpenAI.

If an order or manufacturing service becomes available and you request it, necessary order specifications may be shared with the assigned manufacturing or delivery provider. Contact-form submission alone does not place an order or authorize manufacturing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

The app uses browser or device storage to retain sign-in sessions, settings, and saved work. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, and diagnostic logs to operate and secure the service. Clearing local storage can remove locally saved work and sign you out; it does not automatically delete records already stored with Raceforms.

We retain contact requests while needed to respond and follow up, and retain account and business records for the service, security, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Approved manufacturing packages and order histories may remain in business archives even after account information changes. Ask us about deletion of particular records.

We use access restrictions and other safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. Email info@raceforms.us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal or recordkeeping exceptions may apply. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.

Raceforms and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable privacy protections and transfer requirements depend on your location and the processing involved.

The service is intended for adults. Please do not submit personal information about a child. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and address it.
