Do not access another person’s information, interfere with the service, evade security or usage limits, upload malicious content, or use Raceforms unlawfully. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

You retain any rights you have in information, photos, and other content you submit. You must have permission to use uploaded photos, logos, and other material. You give Raceforms permission to store, process, reproduce, and share that content with relevant service providers as needed to provide the features you request.

AI-generated designs may contain errors, resemble other designs, or be unsuitable for production. We do not promise exclusive rights in generated output. Review colors, artwork, measurements, and specifications before approving a design. Raceforms branding and app software remain the property of their respective owners.

A contact request or early-access signup is not a purchase, reservation, delivery commitment, or manufacturing authorization. Marketing choices are separate from contacting us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and contact preferences.

Design previews, estimates, and sandbox checkout screens do not create an accepted production order. If purchasing is offered, the final checkout and order terms will explain the price, shipping, taxes or import charges, cancellation or return conditions, and any required approvals before you commit. Availability may depend on your location, material restrictions, and production capacity.

Design images and app previews do not certify fit, protective performance, or compliance with a safety standard. Motorcycle riding involves serious risks, and no garment eliminates the risk of injury. Follow product instructions and applicable safety requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory product-safety obligations or consumer rights.

We may change features, interrupt access for maintenance, or discontinue a feature. Keep copies of important information. To the extent permitted by law, the website, app, and design previews are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Raceforms is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights relating to fraud, negligence, personal injury, or consumer guarantees.

You may stop using the app at any time and contact info@raceforms.us with account or privacy requests. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date and providing additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.
